Processing time

The time I need to process an order varies. For more information, please see the item descriptions.

Estimated delivery times

• Europe: 3 – 7 working days

I will do my best to ensure that these delivery times are accurate, but it is not in my power to guarantee them. The delivery time also depends on the delivery method you choose.

Customs and import duties

Any customs and import taxes are to be paid by the buyers. I am not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Feedback and exchange

I accept returns without any problem

Simply contact me within: 3 days after delivery

Return the items to me within: 7 days after delivery

I do not accept exchanges or cancellations

But don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot accept returns for :

• Customised or personalised orders
• Promotional items

Conditions for returns

The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss of value will be charged to the buyer.
